Fierce winds blow through the areas, snow flying into faces of the Mavericks. They had found a distress signal from the lab, something in there. Maybe something powerful. To defeat the Maverick Hunters and Humans perhaps? It was unknown. There was only one thing known at the time. It would soon be theres.
A group of around seven Mavericks were trudging around the area, scouting out for a sign of a hidden lab, base, something. All there was, was the snow flying around during this blizzard. Several Mavericks from the previous scouting group had they're circutry frozen. At this tempature, it was dangerous, even to Mavericks.
Around three-hundred yards later, a massive glacier stood. It was large, and caved out, nearly hollow. It had several meters of ice thick, but much more inside empty. Inside it was several Mavericks attempting to stay warm. Even they had to put they're survival ahead of the mission. Most were trying to figure out where the base, lab, or whatever it is, was from the distress signal.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A small clearing of the snow was even farther ahead, around another two-hundred yards in the opposite direction, was where the spot requested by the mission poster. Safer here than anywhere else around here (Except for the Glacier), layed a communication link on the ground. A low buzz of static rung through it, along with footsteps walking away, apparently a group of footsteps.
Mission Start?

Bolero teleported in, disengaging his helmet and visor.
"Hmm..." Bolero waited for his partner in this mission, and looked around through the snow.

Arcturus arrived in the area. Home turf, he thought. He was in his element. nothing could hurt him now.

At the sound of footsteps, the static on the comm went quiet. It heard a voice speak, one not of a Maverick, and then, slowly a small, quiet voice came out of the comm link.
"Hello? Is anybody there? Your not a Maverick, did you accept my mission?"

"Bolero Cossack here, what's your status?" Bolero asked, glancing over his shoulder at Arcturus and nodding. He'd need to check the profile of him, but he thought that together they could take pretty much anything the Mavericks in the area could throw at them.

"Ah good, help. We found a faint beacon being transmitted here, and we were getting into the lab. Well, searching for it. First we had to strengthen the beacon, and soon it got strong enough to follow. The Mavericks must of heard the distress signal on it to, because around a day after we went searching for it, we were attacked. We didn't expect any opposition, so most of us were slaughtered. We ran and hid, leaving this thing behind for a mission we're going to post.
Theres about four of us left right now, we're safe, and not as cold. Problem is we can't get passed the Mavericks. We're pretty sure they have our equipment for finding it in their hideout. We need you to either find the warehouse, or get the equipment. We'd appreciate it if you could do both. Either way, you have to fight off the Mavericks here."
(Your choice, fight the horde of Mavericks to get their equipment, or find the warehouse. Depending on what you answer, will change the mission completely. Or you could just choose to do both XD.)

Bolero tilted his head.
"Hmm... Where's the warehouse, and what are your coordinates? I'd rather have brought a few more men if the situation is this bad, but I think we can handle both objectives." Bolero said into the COM, looking at Arcturus speculatively.

"All you'd need to do is take care of the main Reploids, and to take the equipment. After that, you can find the lab if you'd choose to. If you take out the main ones, the others won't have enough strategy to be a threat. If you want, and are able to avoid confrontation with the others, you should do so."

"Let me confer with my ally." Bolero said, before turning on his heel and looking at Arcturus speculatively.
"You get all that, newbie?"

(Its been a week)
The comlink gave off several whispers, you could almost make out the words. Suddenly they all hushed, and the comlink went to static. Several seconds later it returned back, and resumed instructing their mission taker.
"So, the lab from what we've detected may have traps as well, so be careful for those, we'll keep you updated on anything we find. Just contact us if you need us at all."
After that, the link went silent.
Several yards apart, around a group of three Mavericks appeared. They were lightly armored, but seemed very worried about their prolonged exposure to the cold. Frost was all over their faces, unable to see well. Logic would conclude that this group was returning to where ever they came to warm up.
They are seen moving in a beeline to over a hill, facing away from the two mission takers. They are half stumbling, and not a sound is made from their 'mouths', but they way they carry their stance shows that they are unhappy with their current work. Snow crunches below them, and they're footsteps slowly fill up with the snow falling down. They're white paint, while not very effective, but in this weather blurs their movements.

Bolero ordered Arcturus away (if he's absent for another week, he's teleporting back to base) and began following the Maverick's, stealthily: he was relatively confident that he could take out the entire group if neccesary. However, he did not believe it would be neccesary, and followed them, several yards back, following in the foot prints of the center scout. It would not do for them to notice him yet, but he neded to remain close enough to track them: with the low visibility from the blizzard and their focus on their destination, Bolero was fairly sure he could slip past their detection.

Arcturus, mindful of Bolero's orders, retreated back to HQ!
((1 week has passed, he's inactive.))

Borelo slips past undetected for about two-hundred fifty yards or so. Then a the site of a massive glacier comes into view, now visible from the fierce blizzard. Two Maverick Gunners sat outside the way in, barely visible from the blizzard. Unlike the scouts, they were alert and attententive, and also blended in well with the enviorment. Nobody has spotted Borelo yet, but he'd be flirting with danger if he got to close to the Mavericks's base.
The scouts speed up the pace, the sight of the glacier encouraging them to go faster to it. Each scout seems to have slowed down (speed is 2) however they are still maintaining the beeline.
The base seems to only have two openings, and the only other opening is at the top of the glacier.
The guards notice the scouts barely, and let them through, with little attentiveness to them. Maybe if you could get yourself to look like one.
The Maverick Gunners are strong in attack, but pitiful in most other things. Maybe if you could slowly weaken them without them noticing.
They also seem to rely mostly on how they see. If you could obscure their vision somehow.
You only need to get the equipment. If you could find a way to just sneak in and out, then you'd avoid the fight all together.
If you could flush them out from the glacier then you could attack them while they're disorganized.
Then of course there's the 'go and attack randomly' method.

Bolero was not the type to announce his presence normally, but he knew that there were survivors hiding somewhere in the area. So he opted for a direct strategy, but required some set up. Edging along the glacier until he was out of sight of the gunners, then began climbing, skillfully ascending. Once he was roughly 10 meters above ground level he began edging sideways along the cliff, until he was above the Gunners. He waited a moment then shot his B-Chain down, having it wrap around the head of one maverick as a noose: dropping, he jerked his arm, hopefully decapitating the one, while he landed on the other, wrapping the chain around its neck and hopefully decapitating this one as well.
((I will assume this is successful... It's a suprise attack, and the largest risk is climbing the glacier, a task that my B-Chain could be used to assist with. The actual attack would work.))
Bolero spun, looking into the base and hoping that there was no one directly in sight, and that any survailance equipment was offline.

Not even a cry was uttered before the first guard had been killed. The other one could only let out a "What the!?" Before his had had 'popped off' as well. Luck was on Borelo's side, as there wasn't a security system. Apparently they didn't know it was attacked unless the Gunners said so.
Looking around the entrance, he was led to a semi-sphere cave. It was around 20 feet in diameter, and 10 feet radius height. A hallway leading to another section, possibly the main, or possibly another set of guards, which was around three feet wide, seven and one-half feet tall, and at least 10 feet in length.
There was only one problem with it, the fact that since the last scout patrol came in, the next one would be heading out soon. These were at their full strength in the artic, and at full strength too.
